If you want to attend a factually inaccurate science class, you don’t have to go to Louisiana anymore. Just head to the classroom of comedian and musician Reggie Watts, where you can learn about the fourth dimension, cheetahs, and all the fundamental building blocks of life: protons, contons, tauntauns, and decepticons. In “TEACH,” an all-new web series shot in the style of a ’70s sitcom, Watts stars as a highly unorthodox teacher whom the theme song promises will “help make you smart, and listen to your feelings too.” Well, he’ll do one of those things, at least. Props to Watts for managing to make his pseudoscience sound so convincing, and also for acting out my long-time fantasy of just completely making things up in front of impressionable students and seeing if they believe it.
