New Lizard Species Discovered in Peru

Recently in the Peruvian mountains, a new species of lizard was discovered by a team of scientists.  Two species were added to a group that is most commonly found in Central and South America.  If these lizards were larger, they’d look like featherless dinosaurs with spiky spines and gleaming red eyes, the new species of wood lizard look like stegosaur-evil-velociraptor hybrids.
