A Russian scientist has claimed that the US may have a climate-change weapon that it’s using against Russia and Central Asia, causing crop failure, droughts, and causing the death of thousands of people. I don’t know about you, but it’s 108 with the heat index where I live. He cites the High-Frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) towers as being a potential source along with the super secret X-378 “space plane.” This guy needs to stop taking crazy pills. Everyone knows the HAARP towers are used for mind-control, not global warming, duh.
